MEDICAL HISTORY
Patient Profile
- 54-year-old male patient
- Married
- Expects to maintain an active sexual life
- Mild reduction in erectile quality
Presenting Complaints
- Penile curvature that has persisted for approximately 2 years
- Inability to engage in sexual intercourse
- A sensation of shortening of the penis
- Deformity of the penis during erection
DIAGNOSIS
On examination and assessment:
- Approximately 70-degree dorsal curvature
- Prominent plaque area
- Stable-phase Peyronie’s disease
- Complex deformity
was identified.
ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT PLANNING
In the patient:
- Severe curvature
- Stable disease phase
- Desire to preserve penile length
a plaque incision and grafting operation was planned.

SURGICAL PROCEDURE
The operation was performed under general anaesthesia.
Procedure Performed
- Controlled incision into the plaque area causing the curvature
- Tissue release
- Placement of a graft in the resulting defect area
- Verification of straightening via an intraoperative erection test
The operation lasted approximately 90 minutes.
POST-OPERATIVE PROCESS
Early period:
- no circulatory problems developed
- Wound healing progressed without complications
- No serious complications were observed
For the patient:
- wound care
- restriction on sexual activity
- Follow-up protocol
were explained.
POSTOPERATIVE ASSESSMENT
At follow-up examinations:

In this case, following graft-assisted penile curvature correction in advanced Peyronie’s disease:
